Our Story

If you would have asked us a few years ago if we would ever start our own cold brew company, we probably would have laughed.

Like most things, Steep Theory didn’t start as a business idea — it started with us.

We’ve always loved coffee. Not just drinking it, but the experience around it. Early mornings together, conversations over coffee runs, trying new flavors, talking about what we liked, what we didn’t, and eventually asking ourselves:

"Why can’t cold brew be better?"

So we started experimenting.

What started with a few batches quickly turned into late nights testing recipes, changing steep times, trying different beans, and honestly making way too much coffee. Somewhere between all of the testing, conversations, and caffeine, Steep Theory started becoming real.

For us, this brand has never just been about selling coffee.

It’s about building something together.

It’s about creating something we genuinely love and sharing it with people who appreciate quality, great flavor, and intentional craftsmanship.

Every bottle we make represents a little bit of who we are — our time, our passion, our ideas, and our belief that slowing down the process creates something worth enjoying.
